The CCH Environmental Group offers two competitive grant programs to assist communities, schools, and non-profits with developing and promoting recycling programs. Please see specific information under our drop-down menu for community and educational grants.
See the Community Grants page for more information!
The CCH Environmental Group offers grants to help non-profit organizations and schools in the three county area to promote environmental education, recycling and environmental sustainability. Eligible organizations may apply for up to $500 in grant funds.
The application process is quite simple and all activities and purchases should show how the grant monies received will enhance current student performance standards. The CCH Environmental Group will award the allocated amount directly to the respective school. We cannot reimburse an individual. A follow-up report is due at the conclusion of the grant period.
This grant is not for municipalities, villages and townships.
Applications for the 2014 Recycling Container Grant will be due in the spring of 2014.
Please also check out the education page on this website for a listing of other specific grants.
